DPF Bypass System for Toyota Hiace 2007 to 2010

 For 2007 through early 2010 Japanese domestic model (JDM) Toyota Hiace Vans with 1KD engine

Advantages of this Kit:

         1.      You can use lower-cost standard diesel oil instead of the more expensive DPF-grade oil. However, you must still use the manufacturer’s recommended oil weight.

         2.      Improved fuel efficiency, as the engine will no longer undergo the burn cycle.

         3.      Elimination of delays caused by waiting for the vehicle to complete its burn cycle before driving.

Important Notes:

         •        The DPF must be removed from the exhaust immediately after installing this kit, as the engine will no longer maintain the DPF. We recommend having this done by a professional exhaust shop. Instructions for removal are included with the kit.

         •        The DPF system must be fully functional before installing this kit. This kit does not repair faulty, damaged, or modified DPF systems.

         •        Installation must be performed by a qualified Auto Electrician, Toyota Dealer, or HiYota Electronics specialist.

         •        This is a technical product, and HiYota Parts does not provide support for end users. Very detailed installation instructions are provided with the kit. 

         •        This kit is designed to work only with the specific vehicles listed.
